My Order

1. How can I track my order?

Please check your email for the tracking number/link. 

2. How long does it take to receive my order? 

Order usually take 5-10 days (we ship out every order ourselves by hand. Thank you for your patience!)

3. What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer returns for any orders within 30 days of order placement. Please email us at order@dthwshclo.com  for return instructions. 

We currently do not offer exchanges (we are just starting out and exchanges are very hard for us to process). We recommend returning the order and placing a brand new order.

4. What should I do if I can't find my order?

Please double check that it has been marked as delivered or if anyone has taken it by accident. If you still can't find your order please reach out to cauliflowerclo@gmail, and we'll help you out.
